The GLM fellowship is run
The GLM fellowship is run as an apprenticeship program where participants spend 25% off the time attending face to face trainings while 75% is spent at their work stations implementing what they learn.
As a requirement to graduate from the program, fellows conduct a systematic assessment of problems affecting performance in their districts and select one to address through implementation of a project.
METS is to conduct a fellows visit in the different districts to ensure completion of the program
