NTRL has a LIMS which is currently in use at both Butakika and Wandegeya, however the system is limited to use within the lab only. NTRL plans to build an analytical system/dashboard and a lab information management system that can monitor TB diagnostic and quality assurance parameters within the national network. The purpose of this system is to support laboratories within the network to access real time information and also guide the program/NTRL to use data for decision making.
