Rationale for the readiness assessment.
Prior the evaluation of the ICSDM pilot, it is crucial to prepare the pilot sites for the evaluation activity. Specifically, there is need to prepare the data sources which are outlined in the evaluation protocol. These include program registers, datasets, implementation reports, mapping of the
service providers, and the beneficiaries of the ICSDM program. Conducting the readiness assessment wil therefore enable the effective and efficient execution of the evaluation protocol. Findings will be used to fine-tune data collection procedures and tools ahead of the field work.
