DPMS is a data collection tool that was designed to gather information from the various districts that will be used to score their performance in eight management domains with thirty-nine standards namely: Governance and Leadership, supply chain, financial management, and human resources for health Service delivery, planning and coordination, health information systems as well as laboratories. This assessment is aimed at identifying performance gaps and areas for improvement across the eight domains in individual districts. The results of these assessment will be provided to guide capacity building efforts as well as technical assistance to support District Led Programming by Implementing Partners.
