The monitoring and Evaluation Technical Support (METS) program through the DLP component supports enhancement of district coordination of the decentralized HIV response. This mandate is fulfilled in close collaboration with district based IPs. Against this background, METS has received an invitation from the Infectious Disease Institute (IDI) to attend the regional review meetings for districts in West Nile.
