Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Support (MAKSPH-
METS) Program and other OVC stakeholders embarked on a step-by-step process of the development,
roll-out and implementation of an OVC Tracker in order to address the current challenges affecting the
quality of OVC data but also to meet national and PEPFAR data requirements. With input from various
stakeholders, METS has finalised the process of developing of the OVC Tracker and has also
incorporated all the feedback received during the pilot phrase.
