Josephine Connie Ninsiima
Josephine is a public health specialist with a seven year experience in the field of HIV/AIDS care and management currently working as a Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Advisor on the METS Program.
She has previously worked for Ministry of Health as an Epidemiologist/National Trainer, Infectious Disease Institute and Marie Stopes. She is a member of Forum for women Educationalist Uganda Chapter, Uganda Red Cross and is a Commonwealth Scholarship alumnus.
Josephine holds a Master’s degree in Public Health International from University of Leeds- UK, Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Ndejje University and Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery from Mulago School of Nursing and Midwifery. She has attended Monitoring and Evaluation of Health Programs course from WHO, Geneva-Switzerland, field epidemiology training, CDC/MOH and Health training, Mentorship and coaching of health workers and other HIV/AIDS care and management courses from Infectious Diseases Institute and University of Leeds.
She has great interest in M&E and management of health programs, appreciates working in an intellectually stimulating setting, focused on excellence and achieving global health impact through innovative strategies.
