Rose Baryamutuma
Rose is a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist with over 10 years? experience. She has been involved in various undertakings in designing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating Public Health and other development programs. She is currently working as the Program Coordinator – District Led Programming (DLP) on the METS Program
Rose has provided technical support to various organizations and Districts to strengthen/establish M&E systems through the development of costed M&E plans that articulate the overall framework through which progress and performance of programs/projects is tracked.
In support of health systems strengthening, Rose has facilitated strategic planning workshops at National and District levels to guide the development of five year evidence based Strategic Plans for the HIV/AIDS program. She has also designed and conducted numerous evaluation studies aimed at informing the design of programs/projects as well as establishing progress and performance against set objectives.
Rose holds a Master of Arts degree in Demography and a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences.
