Charity is a Programme Management Specialist with extensive experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, a trainer in the areas of Leadership Development, M&E, facilitating Multi-stakeholder Processes and Social Learning. She has over 15 years’ experience in managing, designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development programmes particularly in the areas of HIV/AIDS, Livelihoods and food security, Water and Sanitation, Education, and Housing Support programmes, including mainstreaming of Child Protection, Gender and Disabilities in development programmes.
Charity has extensive experience in building capacity for several organizations & local governments to develop or improve leadership capacity for monitoring and evaluation through training, mentorship, coaching, and onsite technical support. She is also conversant with both qualitative and quantitative research methods and possess excellent writing skills and strategic thinking skills.
