UDOTS CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

I Understand that I may come in contact with confidential information while using the Uganda DREAMS-OVC Tracking System (UDOTS). As part of the condition of my work, I here by undertake to keep in strict any information regarding any client that comes to my attention while using UDOTS. I will do this in accordance with the organisation privacy policy and applicable laws, including those that require mandatory reporting.

I also agree to never remove any confidential data of any kind from the system unless authorized as part of my duties, or with the express permission or direction to do so by my supervisor.
