The objectives of this mentorship exercise is too;

1. To determine level of DSD implementation at the health facilities
2. To determine the challenges faced by the health workers when  implementing DSDM
3. To provide the necessary technical support towards quality  implementation of DSDM
4. To provide guidance on monitoring and evaluation of DSD indicators
5. To share logistical guidance to ensure sustainable implementation of DSDM
6. To explore client experiences and perspectives about DSDM
7. To provide an update to the Health Care Workers regarding changes in the differentiated HTS scheme
